Chocolate Lava Cake by Gabriel Gotti

These decadent desserts hide a gooey, molten surprise inside, making them a perfect way to satisfy your chocolate cravings.

INGREDIENTS

4 oz (115g) semi-sweet chocolate

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 large eggs

2 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Melt chocolate and butter together.

Stir in flour and powdered sugar.

Beat in eggs, yolks, and vanilla.

Pour batter into greased ramekins.

Bake until the edges are set but the center is still soft.

Cooking Tips:

Serve immediately for the best lava flow.

Dust with powdered sugar or top with ice cream for extra indulgence.
