Cauli tots is a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional tater tots. They’re typically made from cauliflower, breadcrumbs, cheese, and seasoning, then baked until crispy. Great for a low-carb snack or side dish!

Ingredients


2 cups riced cauliflower
1⁄2 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste Cooking spray


Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200°C). Mix the riced cauliflower, almond flour, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and crushed pepper in a bowl. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture into a tot shape.
  2. Place the tots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray them with cooking spray. Bake for 27-30 minutes or until golden brown.
