INGREDIENTS

4 large eggs

4 strips of bacon

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh chives, chopped

DIRECTIONS

1. Put the non-stick pan over medium heat, and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and chop it into small pieces.

2. Crack the eggs into the beating bowl and whisk them together with a fork.
